The Brunei Economic Development Board hereby invites Ministry of Development Class VI contractors to participate in the below-mentioned tender. 

Infrastructure & Utilities Construction Works at Pulau Muara Besar Industrial Park [Reference number: BTC 25 11 00] 

Scope of Works: 

Design and construction of asphalt road, stormwater drainage system, and associated infrastructure at the Pulau Muara Besar Industrial Park. 

Instructions to Tenderers: 

1. Email tender.secretary@bedb.gov.bn with subject:  "REQUEST FOR TENDER DOCUMENTS - Infrastructure & Utilities Construction Works at Pulau Muara Besar Industrial Park [BTC 25 11 00]" 

2. Tender documents will be issued via email upon successful registration. 

3. All communications shall be directed to the Tender Secretary at tender.secretary@bedb.gov.bn. 

Submission Details: 

1. Physical submission: Tender Box at the BEDB Office, Anggerek Desa (sealed and labelled with project title and tender reference). 

2. Electronic/digital submission: via email to tender.secretary@bedb.gov.bn. All documents submitted electronically must be password-protected. Submissions that are not password-protected will be disqualified. Any documents that are not password-protected will be subjected to disqualification. Passwords shall be provided to the Tender Secretary via email at the submission deadline. 

Submission Deadline: 

Friday, 19 June 2026, 3:00 PM 

Late submissions will not be accepted. 

Tender briefing date will be advised to registered tenderers.
