Eligibility Criteria
To join the Brunei Minicorn, Startups must meet the following criteria:

Bruneian Registered:
Must be locally registered under ROCBN and based in Brunei Darussalam.

Local Ownership:
50% or more local ownership required.

Startup Age:
In operation for 5 years or less (beyond 5 years subject to further assessments).

Revenue/Investment:
Amounts raised in excess of B$1.0 million during the last five years.
