There are 18 unit offices available in iCentre building; 8 unit offices at Level 1 and 8 unit offices at Level 2

iCentre Incubation Programme is a one + one (1) year progamme.

This is to ensure, you have meet all the required business components and for business owners to understand the business fundamentals.

If you have not joined any of the programme as stated above, you may still apply to the incubation programme provided you are a commercialised startup with a revenue between $10,000.00 - $49,999.00 annually

If you do not fit any of the above criteria, the application form will not be processed.

Yes, any graduates from the DARe Business Bootcamp Programmes and/or Innovation Challenge under BIL are encouraged to apply.

The tenancy agreement will begin every April until March the following year, subject to changes.

The License Fee i.e. rental for 1st year will be waived and fully subsidized by BEDB.

The license fee will be charge on the 2nd year subject to iCentre renewal application form and assessment from BEDB. Rental will be based on the square feet unit ranging from BND$300.00 – BND800.00 monthly, dependent on office space. Those selected are required to pay $500.00 refundable deposits in advance for the 1st year and an increase in 30% deposit for 2nd year.

The refundable deposits will be deducted for any maintenance and reinstatement used to refurbish the unit back to the original structure which will be part of the terms and conditions.

The tenancy agreement for physical is subject to a year 1+1 tenancy agreement i.e. 2 years maximum incubation period.

Incubatee will have to exit to allow room and opportunities for other incubatee to grow.

For an early termination, kindly give us a ONE (1) MONTH notice.

Applications will be processed upon receiving complete documentation, with the decision for your application made within twenty-one (21) working days i.e. 3 weeks

Your application will be evaluated on the following criterias:

Any missing data or required document, will not be processed.

All incubate under the iCentre Incubation Programme must adhere to:

• Payment of deposit (dependent on the office space), upon signing the License of Agreement.

• Payment of rental (for extended application) to be paid digitally online and on time.

• Required to update Zohobook Accounting subscribed by BEDB for a year.

• Required to submit progress reports every 6 months during their Incubation Programme.

• Must commit to check-ins with BEDB Incubation Team every 2 months as part of your monitoring programme.

• A link will be given to successful applicants to check the availability of meeting rooms.

• To keep the premises clean, tidy and in good condition.

• To maintain their equipment and office space at their own expense.

• To undertake security measures for their own Premises.

• Not to misuse or abuse common areas of iCentre.

No. Your utility bills for Water, Electricity and WiFi are covered for.

You can have access to the facilities in the iCentre such as Meeting Rooms, Auditorium, Gym, Prayer Room and Resource Room.

Those who do not comply with the terms and conditions will be given notice and may be subject to termination of contract.
