The Kontena Park consists of 8 retail spaces and includes serving and kitchen area, water and electricity, and WiFi connectivity.

Vendors will receive one full year of the tenancy provided they meet the requirements set by BEDB. Failure to meet the requirements set may potentially end their tenancy.

Vendors may possibly extend their tenancy depending on their performance.

It is located at Anggerek Desa Technology Park (ADTP) at the end of Simpang 32-37, Kg Anggerek Desa, next to the multi-storey carpark behind the iCentre building.

Applications will be processed upon receiving complete documentation, with the decision for your application made within 2-3 months.

Opening hours are 8 am to 8 pm from Monday to Sunday with a break from 12 pm to 2 pm during Friday prayers.

Every new cycle of Kontena Park starts operation in April.

The total area is 20ft by 20ft, with 10ft by 10ft being the service area and the other 10ft by 10ft being the kitchen area.

The kitchen area is 10ft x 10ft. It is an enclosed space and compliant with relevant government departments and authorities. Tenants shall only operate in the kitchen area without future expansion or upgrade to the kitchen.

Kontena Park dining area can accommodate more than 100 pax with a sheltered roof, fans, table and chairs, baby seats, public toilet, and wash basin.

The public can also use iCentre's surau for prayers. Other utilities at the Kontena Park include Wi-Fi and a projector.

The Kontena Park structure and infrastructure are compliant with the government and authorities' requirements.

Tenants shall comply with the requirements including the operational requirements that are required by the government and authorities particularly on food, health, safety, and halal requirements.

Shortlisted vendors will also have access to iCentre facilities*.

The rent at Kontena Park is B$350 / month, excluding utility bills. Selected incubatees are required to pay a 1-month refundable deposit in advance.

The 1-month refundable deposit will be deducted for any maintenance and will be used to refurbish the container back to the original structure which will be part of the terms and conditions.

Tenants will be liable for the maintenance of equipment, furniture, fixture, and fittings provided by BEDB, this includes: cleaning of the dining area and disposal of waste food and material to the rubbish collection area.

DARe will service the manhole and grease trap on a scheduled basis, however, it is the tenant's responsibility to maintain the grease trap daily.

No, there is no backup generator.

Yes, Tenants are required to submit their single drawing and is subject to BEDB’s approval. However, BEDB will provide building signage for the tenants to publish their logo.

No, it will be based on a random draw by the selected vendors.

It is not mandatory; however, it is an added bonus for those who already have halal certification.

For an early termination, kindly give us a ONE(1) MONTH written or email notice.

Yes, you will need to provide us the details of Business revenue for at least 1 year.

Any missing data or required documents, will not process the application form.

You will be expected to regularly attend monthly coaching with BEDB on the performance of the business/company. BEDB will closely monitor performance and recommend any other relevant BEDB service or initiative that may further assist you.

Those who do not comply with the terms and conditions will be given notice and may be subject to termination of the contract.

Yes, provided this is a new registered business company with sales (less than a year operation). Previous company registered under Kontena Park unfortunately will not be allowed.

Yes, you will need to attend the compulsory classes to refresh your knowledge and information on the topics. You can have your other team members to attend the mandatory classes if you are unable to attend.
