Office complex at Anggerek Desa Technology Park

A new office development is being proposed at ADTP, featuring sustainability elements such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting.

Key Features:

  • Office units ranging from 1,200 to 4,000 sqft

  • Includes a cafe space available for rent

Integrated industrial spaces at Pekan Belait Industrial Park

All three components – office space, engineering bay and open yard – are offered together as part of a single lease and are not available separately.

    • Engineering Bay: 4,606 sqft
