BEDB invites feedback and interest for a proposed office complex in Anggerek Desa and an integrated factory with office space in Lambak Kanan

The Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB) is inviting businesses to express their interest and share feedback for two proposed developments at:

  • Anggerek Desa Technology Park (ADTP)

  • Lambak Kanan West (LKW) Industrial Park

 

These projects aim to provide well-designed, business-ready spaces that support growth and evolving operational needs.

Office complex at Anggerek Desa Technology Park

A new office development is being proposed at ADTP, featuring sustainability elements such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting.

Key Features:

  • Office units ranging from 1,200 to 4,000 sqft

  • Includes a cafe space available for rent

Integrated factory with office space at Lambak Kanan West Industrial Park

A proposed block of units combining factory and office space to support efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Features:

  • Units ranging from 4,400 to 10,600 sqft

  • Unit combines factory space on ground floor, and office space across ground and first floor

  • Targeted for food businesses
