2025 ASEAN Trade Fair
ASEAN Korea Centre (AKC) in partnership with Trade and Investment Working Group, ASEAN Tourism Offices and the ASEAN Secretariat
12-16 November 2025, Kintex, South Korea



Building on last year's success, the ASEAN-Korea Centre plans to continue hosting its standalone event this year. By introducing the ASEAN Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to Korea, the program aims to strengthen business networks between the two regions and increase awareness of ASEAN among the Korean public. The main goal is to establish a strong presence of the ASEAN F&B industry in the Korean market, thereby fostering greater economic cooperation between the two regions.
The ASEAN Trade Fair will feature two primary activities:
The ASEAN F&B Exhibition and Business Meeting (B2B activity)
The ASEAN Market (B2C activity).
Program activities will comprise of:
F&B Product Exhibition: Displaying products of ASEAN F&B companies(B2B program)
ASEAN-Korea Business meeting : Offline business meeting
ASEAN Market: Promoting ASEAN F&B products to Korean public under the concept of ‘ASEAN Flavors’ (B2C program)
ASEAN Journey: Collaborate with each tourism office of AMS, install ASEAN country booth and promote various aspects of ASEAN to Korean public including tourism destinations, cultures, etc.

EXHIBIT ITEMS: ITEMS ONLY FOR ROOM TEMPERATURE STORAGE
F&B and related items including:
Coffee: Roasted Bean, Instant Coffee, etc. (*Green bean is not allowed)
Confectionery: Bakery, Cookie, Chocolate, Dessert, etc.
Beverage: Fruit Juice, Tea, Low sugar healthy drink, etc.
Packaging: Food container, Trays, etc.
Others: Spices, Sauce, Nuts, Honey, Jam, etc
Note:
Please be noted that all exhibit products must be at least primary processed due to customs clearance issues. If the item does not fit the guideline of Korea Customs Service, items may be prohibited or taken at the airport. Please find the item list that should be declared at the airport in Annex 2. AKC does not take any responsibility for issues that might arise from hand-carrying item.
This year, the AKC does not support any shipment of items as the ASEAN Trade Fair is not participating in International Exhibition. Therefore, all the displaying items and sample items should be carried out under the supervision of each company.
It’s preferable for participating businesses to own an international sanitary certification such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
The AKC will cover expenses for the following:
BOOTH CONSTRUCTION AND BASIC INTERIOR
AKC will cover expenses for booth construction with unified booth decoration and program key visual.
ACCOMMODATION (11 – 17 NOVEMBER / 6 NIGHTS, KINTEX BY K-TREE)
AKC will provide one room per one representative from each exhibiting company during 11- 17 November. Any additional representatives from each company may participate at their own expenses
TRANSPORTATION
AKC will provide transportation between airport to hotel (11 – 17 November)
OTHER EXPENSES WILL NEED TO BE BORNE BY PARTICIPATING COMPANIES.
Any interested companies may fill in the registration form and attached relevant documents as per application guidelines.
All application and required documents must be submitted to BEBD’s International Relations and Cooperation at international@bedb.gov.bn no later than Monday, 28th July 2025 before 12 noon.
