BIGSABAH Sale 2025 is a retail and lifestyle event that builds on the success of BIGSABAHSale 2024, which attracted strong consumer turnout and vibrant vendor participation. The 2025 edition aims to deliver an even larger platform that not only strengthens Sabah’s position as a retail and lifestyle hub, but also creates greater opportunities for local entrepreneurs, regional businesses, and international brands to connect directly with consumers through an engaging mix of shopping, experiences, and entertainment.
The event is ideal for Bruneian brands looking to test their products in a regional market setting, build brand awareness, and connect with potential buyers, distributors, and partners in Sabah.

TYPE OF EVENT
Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) Exhibition for Brunei-branded products and services, including (but not limited to): Food & Beverages, Home & Lifestyle, Fashion & Textile, and Beauty & Personal Care.
OBJECTIVES OF PARTICIPATION
Strengthen visibility and brand recognition among international consumers by showcasing Brunei products and services in a high-traffic retail environment.
Establish business leads for expansion and export opportunities with potential distributors, retailers and partners in Sabah.
Test market readiness by observing consumer response, gathering feedback, and identifying preferences to refine products and strategies for potential market expansion.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
The completed Exhibitor Application Form must be submitted no later than Tuesday, 30 September 2025, 4 PM. Slots are limited! Only shortlisted companies will be contacted via email.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXHIBITORS
Must be a Brunei-registered company, with Brunei-branded products and services from (but not limited to) the following categories: Food & Beverages, Home & Lifestyle, Fashion & Textile, and Beauty & Personal Care.
Products to be showcased must be marketable with suitable packaging and labelling.
Must have sufficient production capacity for international markets.
Must be physically present and have enough manpower to sell and promote company’s products/services throughout the event period.
Must be willing to bear the associated cost of participation not subsidized by BEDB (see details below).
PARTICIPATION COST
Below are the costs covered by BEDB, and costs expected to be borne and arranged by participating exhibitors:
Borne by BEDB:
Booth Space, Design & Fittings for up to 10 Brunei exhibitor
Event Service Fee to Organiser inclusive of publicity opportunities
Note: Brunei companies will be participating collectively under the Brunei pavilion at the event.

Commitment Fee to BEDB
MSMEs under BEDB Programs: BND 150 per booth
MSMEs not under BEDB Programs: BND 200 per booth
GLCs, FDIs and Large Companies: BND 500 per booth
Transport – flights and road transfer to and from the event
Accommodation
Insurance
Logistics – product handling, customs and tac, excess and special cargo, and shipment of products to Sabah, the event venue and back to Brunei
All other items e.g. additional booth requirements, or Customs / Health / any declarations / certifications required by both Brunei and Sabah, or any other costs involved.
