Design and Build of Low-Cost Food Facility at the Lambak Kanan West Industrial Park

Scope of works:
Design, supply, deliver and install of low-cost prefabricated food production units, including associated site preparation, external works, utility connections, testing and commissioning, and obtaining all required approvals from the relevant authorities.
Instructions to Tenderers:
Email tender.secretary@bedb.gov.bn with the subject: "REQUEST FOR TENDER DOCUMENTS - Tender Title [Tender Reference]”
Tender documents will be issued electronically upon successful registration.
All communications shall be directed to the Tender Secretary at tender.secretary@bedb.gov.bn.
Tenderers interested in more than one project shall submit a separate registration email for each project.
Deadline for expression of interest (EOI) submissions: Tuesday, 10 November 2026, 5:00 PM.
Submission Details:
Tender submissions shall be submitted both physically and electronically.
Physical submission: Tender Box at the BEDB Office, Anggerek Desa (sealed and labelled with the Tender title and Reference Number).
Electronic submission: Email to tender.secretary@bedb.gov.bn. Submissions files shall be password-protected, with the password provided separately before the submission deadline.
Submission Deadline:
Tuesday, 17 November 2026, 3:00 PM
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Tender briefing date will be advised to registered tenderers.
