Scope of Works:

Refurbishment and upgrading of existing office facilities, including installation of a new lift and deck, vertical landscaping, associated infrastructure works, including water and energy-saving features. 

Instructions to Tenderers:

• Email tender.secretary@bedb.gov.bn with subject: "Refurbishment Construction Works of the B15 Building at the Anggerek Desa Technology Park 

  [Reference No.: BTC 25 07 00]"

• Tender documents will be issued via email upon successful registration.

• All communications shall be directed to the Tender Secretary at tender.secretary@bedb.gov.bn.

Submission Details:

• Physical submission shall be submitted to Tender Box at the BEDB Office, Anggerek Desa (sealed and labelled with project title and tender reference).

• Electronic submission shall be submitted via email to tender.secretary@bedb.gov.bn and must be password-protected. Passwords shall be submitted separately before the submission deadline.

• Late submissions will not be accepted.

• Tender briefing date will be advised to registered tenderers.
